                  Gods and goddesses and religion are both similar.  Both gods and goddesses and religions were a great parts of a society in Ancient Egypt and in modern-day Egypt.  They both somehow made a part of the society.  The god and goddesses were like pharaohs.  They were worshipped most of their life and when they died. In modern-day Egypt, some egyptians still worship gods and have some of the same beliefs as in the past.  Religion was similar to the gods and goddesses. Religion was really important because it led to all the afterlife beliefs and all the worshipping of main gods after they had died.  All of this praying and building temples for the Egyptians gods. In addition, they now read religious text and worship their gods daily. For another being, both gods and goddesses and religion are part of bringing people together and forming a group of believers.  Finally, from generation to generation, this has led to what people do in present day in Egypt, worshipping the old gods and believing in the Egyptian religion.
